Jis rab nun paee dhundhe duniyan dassan kitthe rahnda ey; Santan de hirdai vich vasda te rasna te behnda ey. Vela fir eh hatth nahin auna kar lai kamm jo karma ey; Bhatth pa ke vadiyaee sari rakh sir sadhu charnan te. Dhann dhann ne bhag unhan de jinhan eh kamm keeta ey; Gall sadh di dil vich rakkhi janam safal kar leeta ey. Nirankar da vanaj kare jo virla oh vyopari eh; Avtar naam de vanjare ton sau sau vari balihari ey. |

May I tell the abode of God whom the world is searching for; God dwells in the heart of saints and rests on their tongue. O’man, you may not get this opportunity again, so you must accomplish the task which is needed to be done; Burn your total arrogance and bow at the holy feet of the True Saint. Fortunate are the ones who have accomplished this task; Those who have enshrined the word of the True Saint in their heart, they have made their life successful. Rare is the one who deals and dispenses the Formless One-Nirankar; Avtar says, I sacrifice myself hundred times unto this trader of the Divine Name. |
Meaning
May I tell you the dwelling place of God, in whose quest this world is ever- engaged. God dwells in the hearts of the True Saints and rests in their words. O’ man, you won’t get this opportunity again, so you must accomplish the task assigned to you; shed all your pride and pay obeisance at the feet of the True Saint. Blessed are those fortunate ones, who have done so; those who have enshrined the word of the True Master in their heart and have achieved the aim of human life. Rare is the one who deals in the Formless; Avtar says, I adore a hundred times the blessed trader of the Divine Name.
